Kathryn Kerge

Kathryn Kerge is the Founder and President of Kerge Consulting, bringing to the firm over 10 years of Human Resources and Organizational Development experience and a proven track record in building break-through strategies for companies ranging in size from start-up to Fortune 50. Her depth of experience in designing human capital solutions led her to establish a consulting practice that would offer her clients a competitive advantage in building their businesses, cultures and bottom lines.
Kathryn has held senior Human Resources positions across a diverse group of industries including the Pharmaceutical, Technology, Media, Fashion, Retail and Legal sectors. Prior to founding Kerge Consulting, she worked with Sixty Group, a global Italian fashion company, to develop and grow their U.S. based wholesale and retail business. As Head of Human Resources for their U.S. division, she implemented a strategy to support an aggressive multi-state retail expansion and over 200% growth within 3 years.
Previously, Kathryn worked at Pfizer, where she implemented global talent and succession planning initiatives as well as managing numerous integration projects resulting from the company’s acquisitions of other pharmaceutical organizations. She also served as Vice President of Human Resources for Kaufman Patricof Enterprises, a premiere provider of digital solutions for the media and entertainment industries. To meet the company’s year over year growth goals, she successfully implemented a human resources model that met both management and investor objectives to grow the company to over 250 employees in 3 cities. Earlier in her career she held Human Resources positions at notable organizations including the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison, and Grey Advertising.
Kathryn contributes her expertise within the Human Resources field to numerous associations and media outlets including Crain’s New York Business, Human Resource Executive Magazine, PBS/Channel 13 and The Employment Channel. She is also an active member of the Society for Human Resources and the New York Human Resources Planning Society.
Kathryn holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Lafayette College.
